My paper “FaceFilter: Audio-visual Speech Separation using Still Images” has been awarded as the best student paper at INTERSPEECH 2020! It is a great honor for me to have this experience in my life. I really appreciate my co-authors, Soyeon Choe, Joon Son Chung, and Hong-Goo Kang. This paper proposes a simple but intuitive method to discriminate the target’s voice using his or her facial appearance.
